They’ve gotten away with starving the San Juaquin Valley for 21 years. Pure Evil. There’s plenty of water, and a transfer system paid for and in place, but they divert lifesaving water to the ocean
Can you all do a Dutch boy to that system and take control? Was it paid for by taxpayers? If yes then it belongs to the people - if no they’ve declared war on the people with intent to harm - take control

It was paid for by bonds in the 70’s , started water flow in 74, had water untill 2000 when demrats got a majority. They cited delta smelt(which isn’t an ingiginous species) and turned off the pumps. Diverted water from delta to the ocean.
