I didn't want to leave teaching either, but some things are just beyond your ability to control. There is a form on Anonup some place that warns against "refusing" the vaccine. I'll see if I can find it and send it your way. It's a set a questions that he makes the employer answer about the safety of the vaccine, will they be responsible if anything happens to him, etc. It's still a "refusal" of sorts, but the onus is on the employer to guarantee the employee the safety and efficacy of the vaccine (which they of course CANNOT guarantee).
