I've seen several postings for a number or online info to doctors who will talk to you over the phone and send a prescription.

I have a friend who swears by garlic! She puts smashed cloves in socks and wraps her feet in plastic wrap. The garlic penetrates into the skin of the feet while she sleeps.

Making a new batch as we speak.
Homemade Hydrochloroquine
2 grapefruit peels
3 lemon peels
2 orange peels
8 cups of water
Simmer for 3 hours covered with glass lid on.
Let it cool for 2 hours
Strain into glass jars and refrigerate.
Consume 2 to 3 table spoons of the liquid twice a day.
