THis is the first time I have seen this from the far left side, only the far right side.... you can tell her hands were cuffed infront of her and the lady holding her arm looks like one that was with Pelosi...!!!

Same here first time seeing this, and it indeed seems certain that those hands were cuffed. Wasn't this at a 9/11 remeberance event?
Yes!! I haven't seen from this angle either but it is obvious. As she collapses, the guy on the left grabs her arm and both hands move left together like they are cuffed. I never saw it the first time at all. No wonder they didn't show the footage from this side before.
