Yes, when he had hair his strenght was mighty then it was cut and he lost that mighty strenght. I don’t know why ,but, its something to think about for sure.

No, it was from God as why his hair had strenght. Even short when he ask God for mercy he killed many Phillitines and then himself. God granted him mercy and returned his strenght.
