Well I wouldn't mind that ever now and then myself, but I have heard that liquor reduces your frequency.
But hey Nana is all in for a little liquor induced low frequency every once in a while.
They also say eating meat of any kind reduces your frequency but Nana has not been able to give up my bacon and steaks and pork chops and shrimp and..... well you get the picture.

Shit will kill ya if you overdo for long for sure. I have had many frens go down with it. It is not pretty, but ppl have to decide for themselves. When ya stop a lot of things you really dont realize just how much better you feel until you do it.
I quit drinking cokes years ago as well and geez, those suckers are bad too. I have one every now and then but rarely. After a couple weeks of doing with out these things ya dont even want them anymore.
