It has already been proven that those with low Vit. D have more severe symptoms of all viral illnesses. Vit D is one aspect of a strong natural immune response. Always have your Vit. D level checked. Then supplement wirh D3 if needed. (check with your doctor)

Improve your immune response by doing this:
Hydrate with alkaline water
Exercise OUTSIDE in sun & fresh air
Eat healthy diet avoiding GMO, High Fructose Corn Syrup, soda, bottled water.
Eat fresh organic foods as much as possible
Avoid fast food as much as possible
