It has already been proven that those with low Vit. D have more severe symptoms of all viral illnesses. Vit D is one aspect of a strong natural immune response. Always have your Vit. D level checked. Then supplement wirh D3 if needed. (check with your doctor)
Get natural Vit D from the sun.
Improve your immune response by doing this:
Hydrate with alkaline water
Exercise OUTSIDE in sun & fresh air
Eat healthy diet avoiding GMO, High Fructose Corn Syrup, soda, bottled water.
Eat fresh organic foods as much as possible
Avoid fast food as much as possible
Enjoy laughter, relationships, quality sleep ( avoid human isolation) This helps decrease stress & anxiety.😇
