I don't know if mortgages are going to be wiped out with NESARA. If you purchased from an individual, it wouldn't be fair, so if it does happen wouldn't they have to sort that out first?
This my question too! Where does owner financing fit into this equation? Doesn’t seem fair for the owner or the financer.

If you have a private individual as motgage lender they could simply create a process where they provide some validation i.e DOT and Note and payment history. Then qualify them for payoff. Not all morrgages are Govt. backed. so presumably is a total reset of fin. system.

That's why I believe if it does happen, it will have to be done in such a way as to protect people who carried the financing for their homes; and, of course someone who just bought a home should not have the entire mortgage paid off

I agree! We are 12 years into buying a house that is owner financed (with a large down payment). I am praying that there is a plan in place to compensate the owner and the buyer in these situations!
