This is me. All my life as long as I can remember. I even feel you all online's emotions. Twitter was sheer hell to be on, but i stuck it out for 6 years, until WEGO showed up. Learning to think with logic rather than emotions is a big plus for empaths. You learn to "close the window halfway", lol. ❤️

Ask God to help you build a mental shield every day before you interact with people. I pray every morning to have my heart and mind shielded from people's negative emotions. it helps me, anyway

You are a wise soul. I do talk to God & Angels every day. I'm not savvy enough to block those negative emotions out but at least now I can know who they are.
