This is me. All my life as long as I can remember. I even feel you all online's emotions. Twitter was sheer hell to be on, but i stuck it out for 6 years, until WEGO showed up. Learning to think with logic rather than emotions is a big plus for empaths. You learn to "close the window halfway", lol. ❤️

You are very strong. I give myself to him as well, I just tried to be stronger than I could take. Now I'm tired. My empathy is on overload, so is my psyche.

Ask God to help you build a mental shield every day before you interact with people. I pray every morning to have my heart and mind shielded from people's negative emotions. it helps me, anyway
