My understanding: Chart's "local time" is +7 from UTC (Universal Time), UTC is + 8 from PST (Pacific Time) & +11 from EST (Eastern Time).
So on 03/01/21 (TSST), signal starts major increase @ 6:30am, spikes @ 8:00am & wanes @ 10:30am = 02/28/21 (EST) starts 12:30pm, spikes @ 2:00pm & wanes @ 4:30pm ...... 17 minutes before Trump went on stage

aarrgghhh @a I just spent FIVE MINUTES typing a lengthy reply to this only to LOSE the whole thing because this box doesn't show the PUBLISH button when you have a lot of text. you have to scroll up in order to get to it but that refreshes my phone so it all gets wiped out!! the Publish button needs to remain VISIBLE at all times. 🤬🤬
