The red arrow is what helps make this a Tier 4 Data Center. These are emergency generators which run on diesel fuel if the power fails. This is how the Fukushima Japan Nuclear Power Plant had their emergency generators arranged as well... problem is they put their emergency power generators between themselves and the tsunami generator (the sea)... The rest they say is... duh. In Lenoir at a data center, this design is totally acceptable (except for all the diesel...IMHO)
