So do ya think maybe, just maybe, Trump used the weakest tariff authorization possible from the start, knowing the system would come at him and try to reestablish economic control, just so he could get that one bad decision behind him and gear up tariffs with the statutes that matter?
They have zero chance of successfully challenging the other tariff rules.
