A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Chase Biggers, a white male, 10 years old, 4'10", 70 lbs, blonde hair and blue eyes, last seen in the area of the 7400 block of Valencia Road in Sebring, Florida, who was last seen wearing a black shirt, khaki shorts, and black and white shoes.
