It could get interesting. Children could put their house in their parent's name and then inherit the house when the parent dies, thus avoiding property taxes for a while. Anyway, I am all for it.

Tax free on everything would be great, no property tax, gas tax, merchandise tax, additional income tax, sell items tax, fishing or hunting license, vehicle registration, park fees and so on. No more fees on anything.
