🙏❤️🤗🕊️Thank you. I appreciate that. I slept about an hour and a half. I really don't know what it is like to sleep for 8 hours. I don't know when the last time was that I slept for 8 hours straight or even 7. It's crazy to me, but it is what it is, and the good Lord carries me through.🙏❤️🤗🕊️
Do you nap during the day? I used to be able to sleep 8 hours straight. After I became mom I lost the ability to sleep deeply and continuously. I typically awaken to the slightest noise and can’t fall back to sleep easily. I get around 5-6 hours of sleep in total. I can’t imagine how you are able to function on so little sleep. I pray there is something coming that can change that for the better providing you with restorative rest. 🙏

I have nerve issues with my sciatica and pain, so it makes it difficult to sleep comfortably, I also have to pee all the time, so that wakes me up a lot.
