I RESEARCHED ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND A DOCTOR WHO RECOMMENDED THESE VITAMINS... ( I CAN'T RECALL HIS NAME)
BUT RIGHT AFTER I STARTED THESE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN SICK (NOT EVEN A COLD) SINCE FEBRUARY 2024.
I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL WORK FOR YOU BUT IT WON'T HURT TO TRY.
-VITAMIN D3 TWICE A DAY.
-ZINC ONCE A DAY.
-QUERCETIN ONCE A DAY..
Personally I take these daily and have not had even a sniffle since the covid debacle. It is also important to get fresh air, sunshine, and stay well hydrated with filtered alkaline water, and get adequate sleep. An alkaline body is essential for good health. Reducing stress and attending to spiritual needs is also important. Lastly daily exercise outdoors like a brisk walk is important as well as a non processed food diet. Fresh foods whenever possible, no soda, no fast food. š
