I RESEARCHED ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND A DOCTOR WHO RECOMMENDED THESE VITAMINS... ( I CAN'T RECALL HIS NAME)
BUT RIGHT AFTER I STARTED THESE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN SICK (NOT EVEN A COLD) SINCE FEBRUARY 2024.
I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL WORK FOR YOU BUT IT WON'T HURT TO TRY.
-VITAMIN D3 TWICE A DAY.
-ZINC ONCE A DAY.
-QUERCETIN ONCE A DAY..

just an fyi to all. there are some supplement companies that are not the best.. when independant testings were done of their ingrediants there were high percentages of below what is stated on the bottles or actually none at all. filled with fillers. yes your saving money but your not saving your health.be aware. you get what you pay forjust saying.of interest with being proactive to your health, that alone increases your immunity.just an fyi. and that includes doctor (ama) approved.. they never had this teaching in school. they go by the name on the bottle not on the success of those supplements.how many times did they say to me they dont work?they didnt cause apparently there was nothing to help inside that capsule.planned that way?when i got high valued supplements what a difference.life long.proven recently when my husband had a severe bp crisis.his blood work was perfect. his x rays were nondescript for his age. cause will be determined. then pharma goes away again.

Personally I take these daily and have not had even a sniffle since the covid debacle. It is also important to get fresh air, sunshine, and stay well hydrated with filtered alkaline water, and get adequate sleep. An alkaline body is essential for good health. Reducing stress and attending to spiritual needs is also important. Lastly daily exercise outdoors like a brisk walk is important as well as a non processed food diet. Fresh foods whenever possible, no soda, no fast food. 😇
