NYC Mayor has been announced. Election is over. However, regarding "Ballot by Mail," the 2025 Official Voter Information guide states:
""Ballots must be postmarked by November 4 and received by November 12."
November 12th is next week. Still six more days for those mail in ballots to be received and then counted.
