Adequate hydration with filtered alkaline water
Daily exercise
Healthy non processed organic diet
No fast fake food
Reduction of sugar, avoid soda
Reduction of stress, worry, fear
Adequate sleep
Sunshine and fresh air
Joy, laughter, spiritual care
