There just needs to be MANDATORY DEATH SENTENCES - the noose is fine with me - and done just like the UCMJ and the good old days, fast trial, even faster sentences carried out with PUBLIC HUMILIATION so anyone thinking of violating Children or any other Human gets the message.
We are moving into the QUANTUM age where no one can hide these types of heinous crimes, and proof is obtainable in milliseconds.

When it comes to these Child Rapists (or any Rapists, frankly) and Human Traffickers, for example...they must be shown the guaranteed consequences of DEATH, so if they even THINK do the crime THEY WILL FORFEIT THEIR LIVES. THEY LOSE EVERYTHING.
That's the only way this scourge will stop.
(I only reluctantly advocate life in prison no parole in cases of incest ONLY, so the victim already traumatized doesn't get traumatized again or carry guilt of a family member executed.)
Without that kind of deterrent, these Monsters will go on raping Children, Women and worse.
I actually firmly believe that we need a law that if CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF RAPING A CHILD, that the perp should be subject to Summary Execution on the spot by Law Enforcement, Military or Anyone, because they were caught in the act and there is no doubt about guilt. THAT WAY CHILD RAPISTS WOULD REALLY BE IN FEAR OF GETTING CAUGHT - AN EVEN STRONGER DETERRENT - no day in court, not even another breath.
