When it comes to these Child Rapists (or any Rapists, frankly) and Human Traffickers, for example...they must be shown the guaranteed consequences of DEATH, so if they even THINK do the crime THEY WILL FORFEIT THEIR LIVES. THEY LOSE EVERYTHING.
That's the only way this scourge will stop.
(I only reluctantly advocate life in prison no parole in cases of incest ONLY, so the victim already traumatized doesn't get traumatized again or carry guilt of a family member executed.)

I actually firmly believe that we need a law that if CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF RAPING A CHILD, that the perp should be subject to Summary Execution on the spot by Law Enforcement, Military or Anyone, because they were caught in the act and there is no doubt about guilt.
