I read years ago that this type of machine was used by US military in our gulf wars - rather than haul in massive tankers of water for thousands of troops in the desert, the machines extracted water from the atmosphere onsite, probably with machines such as these.
Our military gets the best tools and gadgetry first.

Maybe this is exactly what should be used against weather weapons some how.

OK if they seed...then position these to pull the water seeding brought on and maybe reroute it store it..SOMETHING for even Tornado or storms beyond measure!
YES would be great to END WEATHER WEAPONS...but this could be a took to assist Disaster!
