The Guadalupe River is prone to flooding when a lot of rain comes in fast. However, this was a rogue flood far more dangerous than past flood events. There are many factors that point to the likelihood that the Seeding did have a profound effect on the deadly flood that took so many innocent young lives. The people involved in the Seeding must be held accountable. They claim it would not have been a factor. Can they prove that? Show the evidence. Otherwise expect the people involved to be held accountable. For the love of money, little children and elderly people lost their lives. Someone needs to explain that. I posted this letter to Governor Abbott on the day after the flood. It is obvious that weather manipulation played a significant role in that flood. Prove me wrong.
