There is NO WAY that the loss of so many innocent victims can be dismissed. The families of these victims have a definite class lawsuit and these people who pushed this through and approved it should be prosecuted in court.

The board member who made the motion to hire Rainmaker was Bob Buchholz, who owns several thousands of acres on various ranches. Naturally, he wants the gubmint to pay for the watering of it.
So, they hired Rainmaker, who either has no idea what they're doing (and overdoes it, causing devastating flooding) or knows exactly what they're doing (flooding out an area to exploit it for its resources).

It is called weather weaponization= weather war. Remember too, that evil feeds off of fear, suffering and sacrifice.
