I've been in so much pain with occipital neuralgia ever since the cardioversion was done. Not sure why, but I went back on gabapentin to help it and that isn't even relieving the pain. I'm not sleeping at night. I give up on med beds, time to see a specialist and have ablation to kill those nerves. I'm at my wits end. Please pray for me.

Nerve pain is th worse kind of pain. It is very hard to control. I do suggest you see a specialist. Sometimes heat will help calm the pain. You can try applying a heating pad to your neck and back of your head. Also supporting your neck and head with a neck brace might be helpful. Try a neck supporting pillow as well.
