Good idea for we the people to see it and read it for ourselves. Plus, if they put it up for the public to read, they should also put at the end of each page a "yes or no" whether we agree with what's presented or not. If we're truly to have a say, then each item presented should have at least give them an idea whether we think it's a good idea or not for inclusion. (Otherwise, we may get to read it, but not whether we have agree with it.) At least they'd get a clue if behind it, or not.
