🙏❤️🤗🕊️I have not been feeling well lately. My whole head hurts, eyes, nose, ears, etc. I am going to shorten the Bible writings I do. I am not going to do the Sarah Young devotionals anymore and just stick to the stuff I do through my Bible apps. I don't want to stop, but right now my eyes and head really hurt. Tammi, I get that too after being around people who are shedding. Sinus pressure so bad my face and teeth hurts.
Try acupressure, it's about the only thing that works for me anymore.
The 3 basic places, either rub in a circular motion or just lightly press with your fingers and hold for a minute or 2. I tend to rub and do it several times a day. You know you have the right spot if it's rather tender.
The inner corners of your eyes.
The outer corners of your nostrils.
Your head right behind your earlobes.
