Interesting U say that Kat, I've been thinking the same thing, he is being received as A King of Kings. So it seems. And i Believe they have to turn over whatever criminals were/are involved with the many attacks against Him..and the Truth. I'm certain He arrives with evidence they must answer for. And no, noone is excepted from that. All must comply with the requisite expectations to have any Future at all in The New World Order.
