I bought my house at 26 was smart enough to make sure I wasn’t in the flood zone. Couldn’t afford to be. I got divorced bought out my ex by refinancing I still have a small balance on my morgage they put me in a flood zone 5 years ago after living in my house for 28 years not a drop of water.
