I bought my house at 26 was smart enough to make sure I wasn’t in the flood zone. Couldn’t afford to be. I got divorced bought out my ex by refinancing I still have a small balance on my morgage they put me in a flood zone 5 years ago after living in my house for 28 years not a drop of water. Between taxes insurance and flood insurance they priced me out of my budget. I just worked 33 years for a home they want to steal and start all over with a young 26 year old. BEWARE PEOPLE BE WARE.
