Some people can no longer eat beef (the "meat allergy") and hopefully they will not be targeted further with a way to stop them from eating poultry or fish. It would be nice to hear what type of investigation is going on with that situation and how that potential shady outcome can be stopped.
We researched cattle farms in our area. We drive and hour or have delivered bi monthly to get heritage, vax free, antibiotic free, no growth hormones, pasture raised and grass feed and finished via grazing meat.
We found if we buy 50 pounds at one time at a discount then we save $3 to $4 buck a pound buying from a grocery store. Then the gas and time (time is currency) we save not going to the store weekly or daily for some was an added bonus.
We live in NC so fresh seafood, right off the boat and another 2 hour drive to get fish and shrimp at $1 a pound.
Mid west states have advantages for Salmon. They are river fish... I do have to pay for shipping.

Yes, I have done these things and I am in NC where there have been several groups that tried to get help with Lyme and other tick related illnesses--alpha gal (meat allergy) is also from ticks--and their reception when I was involved and aware followed the usual path: these women are crazy, it's psychological, difficult to diagnose, providers did not want to test, budget cuts to the fieldwork for tick surveillance so we cannot figure out what is going on, etc. My hope is that MAHA will investigate this and stop further spread of these types of attacks on the immune system.
