The dimming of sunlight also interfers with with the absorption of Vitamin D that is so important to overall health and necessary for a strong immune system. This is one reason that isolation was recommended during "covid." In the beginning of my nursing career in 1970, we were still using solariums in hospitals, because exposure to sunlight enhanced healing. Light is essential to physical, mental and spiritual health. Today most of the population are indoors way too much. Exercising in a gym for instance after being inside stuck in front of a computer working all day is a prime example of this. A better way is to run or walk outdoors in the sunlight! The dark forces want humanity in the dark in many ways. Dark minds, dark in spirit, dark living conditions.
