I did quit mine last Thursday. I worked with IDD people, i couldn't stand by watching them being treated poorly anymore. State would do nothing. Forcing clients to live in horrible places, even bed bugs, giving them only 5 dollars a week for spending, all while Forcing us to work 16 hrs get 2 to 3 hrs sleep and go back and work another 8 to 16. Some worked 30 plus straight, so much illegal stuff. Not worth $13 an hr

I have decided to tell them tomorrow.

God has to have a better plan for both of us.

Start looking for a new one first, there are lots of them out there but make sure you secure a good job and it would be best to give a two week notice to your current employer that way it looks good on your resume for any future jobs .
