And to boot her Birthday was yesterday. If everyone could please say a prayer for her. I would appreciate it.🙏❤️🤗🕊️

I am using a low dose nicotine patch to help with my IBS. I cut a 21 mg patch into 8 pieces a less than 3 mg patch daily. Helps tremendously along with the zinc l-carnosine supplement.
