I used to go for my repeat prescription in Feb. but my bloodworm kept showing lower vit D, so I changed it to May, and my blood panel became fine.
I tried vid D tablets, but they made me feel 'odd', so I stopped taking them. Not sure how folks in AK manage - when we lived there they tried to get everyone on high dose pills in winter.
got this info from biological chemist. tested many drigs in pharma corp. but left after found they were lying about everything. he runs his own supplement company. not cheap but guaranteed good from capsule to supplement quality. tests each batch himself.. called the peoples chemist. real rebel and always up against the others.
