Perhaps, I should have said, we need the Suns vitamin D, to absorb the other nutrients.
I used to go for my repeat prescription in Feb. but my bloodworm kept showing lower vit D, so I changed it to May, and my blood panel became fine.
I tried vid D tablets, but they made me feel 'odd', so I stopped taking them. Not sure how folks in AK manage - when we lived there they tried to get everyone on high dose pills in winter.
