Most likely Seth is in protective custody and to say that he is dead would be to lie to the American public it would be better to not reveal his files until after all those corrupt deep state criminals get rounded up, tried and executed.

I think this is all about the Rico cases they built, which have a lot of moving parts. Also, every time they give a release date and those who try and block it end up being another deep state puppet or traitor, mole, sleeper etc.
