Investigations reveal that Biden personally signed almost nothing during his presidency; pardons, legislation, and executive orders were all authorized via autopen. Moreover, Biden convened just one cabinet meeting last year, leaving cabinet secretaries largely independent, receiving minimal direction from the White House and virtually no guidance from Biden himself.
