I have used castor oil for massaging into my feet to help with my plantar fascitis. It certainly did help to massage the plantar facia. I use it if I have sore muscles or joints to massage the area. I find it helps and I can avoid taking Ibuprofen. I buy organic castor oil from a local health food store. I also use it on my nails and hands to keep my hands and nails moist especially in winter. 😇
I look forward to seeing the benefits. I have it next to my bed now. I was rubbing it on my face and hair too. My cat was sniffing me funny 😆
