🙏❤️🤗🕊️You're welcome. I get sinus headaches mostly, but some more severe at times. They've lessoned. But I use peppermint oil, Pink Himalayan salt, and drink peppermint tea a lot. I put the peppermint oil on my temples, wrists, nape of my neck, and behind my ears, and dap a little under my nose. It helps me a lot. It smells good and it works. Every now and then, I get a more severe headache and have to take something for it, but I try not to use any over the counter medicines anymore.🙏❤️🤗🕊️

I learned with some teeth problems recently that Peppermint tea bags on the gums, helps to numb the pain! So I suppose you using it in all the ways you do, is helping you greatly!!! Well done!!! I love Peppermint tea!!! 💛

🙏❤️🤗🕊️Thank you. Me too and the peppermint tea, it's my favorite. I drink 2 to 3 cups a day. It has helped me tremendously. Didn't know that about the teeth problem thing though and tea bags. I will have to relay that to family members. Great to know. Thank you. 🙏❤️🤗🕊️
YVW!!! It helped me greatly recently! Just don't put them on the gums hot, let them cool to the warm after running hot water over them, and tea bags make a great addition to the garden beds for growth too!
