i doubt most dont have a registered car or a drivers lisence. we had a guy that could not figure out how to pull into or get out of a parking place who was from costa rica. nice guy too. educated. said he just bought a car. betcha it was not as he said but... his driving is improved but havent seen them lately. wondering if they drove home... hmmm.

The highways are becoming more and more dangerous. No one should be getting a license to drive commercial vehicles without completing a rigorous driving course that includes winter driving. DEI hires should not be permitted in any public transportation service IMO. Public safety must come first. 😉
