Yes, no surprise. I think anybody that's been a driver for over 20 years can clearly see the drastic deterioration in truck driver's skills.
i doubt most dont have a registered car or a drivers lisence. we had a guy that could not figure out how to pull into or get out of a parking place who was from costa rica. nice guy too. educated. said he just bought a car. betcha it was not as he said but... his driving is improved but havent seen them lately. wondering if they drove home... hmmm.
