Every single American who payed Income Taxes EVER to the IRS and also to their incorporated (foreign-corporation) "State Of ___(fill in the blank)___" are due full refunds plus interest plus penalty paid to us.

This is not just about the IRS, it's about ALL INCOME TAXES which were collected unlawfully by Federal & State corporations (ACT OF 1871 and BUCK ACT 1940).
