This is not just about the IRS, it's about ALL INCOME TAXES which were collected unlawfully by Federal & State corporations (ACT OF 1871 and BUCK ACT 1940). The 16th Amendment was never, ever fully Ratified, and all Income Tax therefore is THEFT & CRIMINAL FRAUD, and "fraud vitiates everything" and fraud has consequences.
