BREAKING: 10 MILLION WARNED TO PREPARE FOR EVACUATION

Santa Ana winds up to 70 mph are set to roar back today, putting the entire Los Angeles County population of 10 million on high alert for potential evacuation.

Officials are bracing for what they’re calling a “particularly dangerous situation.”

The fires have already claimed 24 lives, destroyed 12,300 structures, and forced 100,000 people to flee.

The Palisades Fire has scorched 37 square miles (14% contained), while the Eaton Fire—almost the size of Manhattan—is 33% contained.

Newsom says this could rank as one of the worst disasters in U.S. history, with damages estimated at up to $150 billion.

With high winds ready to fan the flames, the battle is far from over.
