Crazy to me that I stood at the Panama Canal and watched ships coming in. Do you know what was weird to me it’s silly but I couldn’t buy a single souvenir all the ships coming in and the shops around it had nothing for tourists to buy. I went to Belize Costa Rica and Panama and Panama struck me as the wealthiest of all 3.

I don’t know but I remember thinking is this place so wealthy it doesn’t want to cash in on tourism. I wasn’t awake back then but it always stood out to me. Everywhere else had the usual people trying to banter and sell their souvenirs. Not Panama.
