So....according to the BMI chart, for my height of 5'1, I'm overweight lol I weigh 130lbs 🤦♀️ I've struggled with my weight all my life. I'm curvy and I'm Italian, apparently its in my genes.
Doesn't mean I'm gonna let that be my excuse. As soon as I feel better, I'm getting serious about working out again 💪
