I believe that the last 4 years were part of a plan to do just that! I think the dash - (45-47) means Trump was still CIC and laying low to show the people with help of Actors playing the part of "Bydon" and his administration how bad this country's direction was going and to expose the pure evil the real Bidens, Obama's, Clinton's and Bush's were. I believe some have already been dealt with.
